Full Time Staff at SMR make all the difference. Each of them are expected to AIC any given call, run Operations or Medical Lead or any given leadership position on any search and rescue mission, and drop in to patients anywhere and at any time.

Our full time staff has the expectation to not only train EMS, but also SAR just as equally β€” and that is what makes our team unique. Austere mountain medicine is our specialty, and we are no strangers to making it work when things get tough. Our full timers have to constantly grow and teach, and that is why we appreciate them.

Thank you to our community for the ongoing support as we have grown the years. Our team continues to excel and evolve as the mountains do. Cheers!
