Apply Now for Non-Profit Grants! The 2027 nonprofit grant applications are now open through August 12. Nonprofits may apply for cash or in-kind donations from the Town of Silverthorne and other municipalities as part of the grant application process.

The Town of Silverthorne is looking for artists to submit their work for this summer's Blue River Trail Post Project! Artwork will be installed on trail posts along the Blue River Trail between Thirsty Pika Taproom and the Silverthorne Recycling Center, and artwork can be created from a variety of mediums! Last year's trail post artwork included painting, yarn bombing and ceramics. Applications due July 16.

🌎¡El municipio de Silverthorne busca artistas que presenten sus obras para el proyecto «Blue River Trail Post» de este verano! Las obras se instalarán en los postes del sendero Blue River Trail, entre Thirsty Pika Taproom y el Centro de Reciclaje de Silverthorne, ¡y pueden crearse utilizando una gran variedad de técnicas! Discover Silverthorne’s history! A new permanent photo exhibit has been installed at Maryland Creek Park, created in partnership with the Summit Historical Society. The display features remarkable images of Ute history, early homesteaders, pioneering families, and the area’s rich ranching heritage—timed to honor both the United States Semiquincentennial and Colorado’s 150th anniversary in 2026.

🌎¡Descubre la historia de Silverthorne! Se ha instalado una nueva exposición fotográfica permanente en el Maryland Creek Park, creada en colaboración con la Sociedad Histórica de Summit. The Silverthorne Recreation Center kids' pool will be closed from noon on Saturday, June 13, until the end of the day on Sunday, June 14, to replace the Turtle Slide pad. The kids' pool will reopen on Monday, June 15.

Community members looking to use a kid pool may use their pass with the Town of Breckenridge Recreation Department during the closure.

🌎La piscina infantil del Centro Recreativo de Silverthorne permanecerá cerrada desde el mediodía del sábado 13 de junio hasta el final del día del domingo 14 de junio, con el fin de reemplazar la plataforma del tobogán Turtle Slide. La piscina infantil volverá a abrir el lunes 15 de junio.
