We were so excited to be able to welcome our youngest students today for Kindergarten Round Up! Kids were able to show off their skills while parents learned what a typical day will look like and then they got to go om a bus ride. Thanks to our PTA for supplying pops for everyone too!!
We can’t wait to see the rest of our students on Thursday during our Welcome Back event.

We are so excited to announce that Emerald Heights now has a Little Library open just in time for summer reading! It is located by the front door of the school and is open to the community for all ages. You can donate or take books anytime!
Emerald Heights PTA purchased the materials for the library and parent Greg Holmes and his daughter, Caroline, built, painted and installed it. Thanks to the
CKSD facilities department for installing the pole and to Ms. Brush and the district for allowing the library to be placed on school grounds.
All books are from donations and parents are encouraged to monitor books selected by their children. This little library is not associated with the school and any school library books should still be returned to the school library.
