Campbell County’s Fall Cleanup is Oct. 9 and 10, giving residents an opportunity to clear out unwanted items and dispose of them at three convenient locations across the county.

From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days, residents can drop off furniture, mattresses, yard debris, trash and electronics. The Campbell County Road Department location will also accept appliances, scrap metal, lead-acid batteries, propane tanks and up to eight tires.

Clear out the garage, basement or yard and help keep Campbell County clean and beautiful.

Fourmile Rd. Sidewalk Closed between the Communnity Garden and E 2nd St. due to hanging tree limb. We are working on getting it removed!

Keop grass clippings and other out of the street and away from storm drains. Storm drains don't filter what we put into them; they can clog our sewers and cause basements to flood!

Earlier this year, we were recipients of the Kentucky Waste Tire Crumb Rubber/Tire-Derived Products Grant. With these grant funds, we purchased four benches and two picnic tables. We've started to place them around town. We would like to thank the Kentucky Energy and Enviroment Cabinet for their support.

What is really cool about these benches is that they are made out of waste tires!
