REMINDER ❗The next School Board Meeting will be held Thursday, November 13th, at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Building Board Room (3050 Cheri Whitlock Dr). Watch live here: https://www.youtube.com//streams

In addition, a Facilities Master Plan Meeting will take place that same evening at 5:00 p.m. in the Board Room. During this meeting, we’ll discuss the district’s six-year Facilities Master Plan and potential partnership projects with the State Facilities Division.

We are beyond proud of the Siloam Springs High School Band, earning 3rd Place in Class 6A at the Arkansas State Marching Championship with their incredible 2025 show, “Parrot Parrot!”
Your dedication, passion, and creativity continue to push the limits of what’s possible — proving that when we dream big, practice hard, and perform with heart, our potential is truly LIMITLESS.

The Arkansas Department of Education has released school letter grades for the 2024–25 school year, marking the first year of official ratings under the new ATLAS assessment system (Arkansas Teaching, Learning & Assessment System). We’re proud to share that the Siloam Springs School District earned a “B” rating — a strong reflection of our students’ growth and our staff’s dedication to teaching and learning. 🎉

Statewide, 122 schools earned an “A,” 291 earned a “B,” 352 earned a “C,” 137 earned a “D,” and 130 earned an “F.” The new grading system measures student proficiency and growth in English language arts, math, and science, as well as graduation rates and post-graduation readiness for high schools.

This “B” rating highlights the hard work happening every day across our district and our continued commitment to helping every student succeed. Way to go, Panther Nation! 🐾

I would encourage the residents in Zone 2 and all Zones of the SSSD, to be a part of this important conversation. We all want what's BEST for our students and there are many positive educational, relational, and transportational aspects of this design that would benefit SSSD. However, we want you to know that we are completely OPEN and WANT to hear your support, concerns, ideas, etc. Open conversations started at our last School Board meeting and will continue.
