We had a blast at the inaugural Chattanooga Ren Faire yesterday! Alix Parks and Zena, our ambassador Red-Tailed Hawk, and Adalia, a volunteer, had our male American Kestral on the glove for two shows! Here's a look back at some of the sights and sounds. We'll see you there next year! Great job Becca Coleman and Verre Noire on hosting this amazing event!

Today is the day! Ren Chattanooga Ren Faire! We will be there with Zena, Wayne and his crystals and rocks, and we'll be dressed especially to see YOU. Come see us! Alix Parks presents on the main stage at 1PM and 3PM! Major thanks to Becca Coleman, the brain child of Chattanooga Ren Faire for inviting us to have a tent and present. If you become separated from your group or lose a personal item during the Chattanooga Renaissance Faire, please visit the Main Information Tent located between Entry Points 1 and 2.

Our staff and volunteers will be available throughout the day to assist with lost items, missing party members, questions, and general guest assistance.

Many, many thanks to the 10 people that gave to the incubator fund! You did it! You donated enough funds for Alix Parks to buy this really nice, larger incubator - woop woop!!! (Her other one is on its last legs, leaks, temp control bad, you name it.)
You all are angels. Alix is thrilled to no end. 🩷❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 This means the world to HappiNest and you all made it happen in short order. Love to all!

Alix Parks is such a good Black Vulture momma, Nik is growing fast and is already 104 grams this morning!! Yeah lil' Nik! An incubator sure would be helpful. Thanks to all that donated to Alix's birthday incubator fund, but we're not there yet. Stay tuned for more opportunities to give to this project. 😀

Two new Kestrel admissions, Violet & Vivian with head trauma. Alix Parks is watching them closely as she is invested in making sure this kind of raptor thrives again in our region.

Guess whose BIRTHDAY it is today!! Let's fill up her cup with love and donations of any kind (Venmo) [email protected] (paypal). It's spring so Alix stays up 'til 2AM feeding raptors then gets up at 6AM to do it all over again. With 40+ raptors in care, she needs a financial boost. Let's help her out! 😍
Alix is also in dire need of an INCUBATOR for the tiny birds in care. She has zeroed in on a Brinsea incubator at $1000. They’re great quality, easy to clean, and have solid sides to give the babies more security and reduce the stress on them.
