🚧 Water Main Project Update – June 8, 2026

The Borough has received the following update on ongoing water main construction.

Water main installation on Silverbrook Road and Marc Court is now complete. Crews will return at a later date to connect individual homes to the new water main. Additional information will be provided as that work approaches.

Corn Lane main installation began this morning. Notices were distributed to affected residents on Friday, and New Jersey American Water has also conducted outreach. Residents in upcoming work areas will continue to receive notice approximately 48 hours before construction begins.

Corn Lane work is currently anticipated to be completed by Wednesday or Thursday, after which crews are expected to move to Elm Lane. Notices for Elm Lane residents are expected to be distributed tomorrow.

Work will require periodic adjustments to traffic patterns and access as construction progresses. The contractor will continue to coordinate directly with affected properties as needed.

As always, schedules remain subject to change. Updates will be shared as they become available.
