Christian Service The clothing store is open Monday thru Friday 10am to 12pm. Founded in 1970 by Sr.

Christian Service operates a hospitality house serving a cooked breakfast (8am to 10 am) and lunch every day of the week (12 pm to 2 pm) for the less fortunate in Shreveport, LA. Margaret McCaffrey, a Roman Catholic sister under private vows, to assist persons who lack the basic necessities of life.

That’s the kind of Friday energy I love to hear. The A‑Team from St. Mary AME Church didn’t just show up — they showed out. Serving over 200 clients in a single day is no small feat. That’s organization, compassion, stamina, and heart all working at full power.

A day like that says a lot about your community: people stepping up, filling the gap, and making sure no one is left behind. Christian Service stays busy, but having a crew like that on duty turns a heavy day into a meaningful one.
