Community Support Programs, Inc. Community Support Programs began its work in 1990 with homeless men and women in Northwest Louisiana. Community Support Programs, Inc.

exists to serve the client/family in need and to enhance each person's opportunity to live successfully in the community. Through the provision of safe, decent housing that is affordable for low-income persons, CSP provides advocacy, direct and indirect service, and coordination with other social service providers. CSP offers unique and innovative programs. CSP strongly endorses the philosophy of:


- Recognition of the client/family's right to self-determination
- According tot he client/family, all of the rights, privileges, opportunities and responsibilities of every citizen
- Maintaining the dignity of the person and respecting each as an individual
- Focusing on the client's/family's strengths
- Providing community based services
