✨ Celebrating the Next Generation of Leaders! ✨

Each December, the 40 Under Forty Awards bring our community together to recognize 40 exceptional young professionals who are making an impact across Northwest Louisiana. 🌟

As the signature event of the Young Professionals Initiative (YPI) of Northwest Louisiana, this annual gala celebrates individuals under the age of 40 who are excelling in their professions, demonstrating leadership, and helping move our community forward.

🏆 During the evening, all 40 honorees will be celebrated, with one outstanding individual receiving the distinguished title of Top Professional of the Year.

🚨 REMINDER: APPLICATIONS CLOSE TODAY! 🚨

Calling all local nonprofits! 📣 Today, August 31, is the final day to apply to become YPI’s 2027 Philanthropy of the Year! 💙

The Young Professionals Initiative (YPI), in partnership with the Greater Shreveport Chamber, is looking for a local nonprofit to champion throughout 2027 through volunteerism, community engagement, and support from our network of young professionals.

✨ Following the application period, up to five finalists will be selected and invited to meet with the YPI Board on October 5 to share their mission, community impact, and ways YPI can meaningfully support their organization.

📅 Applications close TODAY — August 31!

Big news from the shop. 🏆✨ Our founder Luke Lee has been named one of the Young Professionals Initiative of Northwest Louisiana’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2026! From constructing hovercrafts as a kid to building one of the most unique fabrication shops in the region, this recognition is beyond well earned. Congratulations boss!
