🧁🍪 We have some sweet news for all Summer Reading Program participants!

Introducing the "Reading is Sweet!" Reading Incentive Program!

This summer we are collaborating with the wonderful folks at BE Sweet! SRP participants will get a punch card and after reading 10 books/receiving 10 punches, the punch card can be redeemed at BE Sweet in Shoals for 1 cookie OR cupcake.

We are so excited to offer this to the youth at the library and to partener with a local business to make this happen!

The Summer Reading Program is a free program for children ages 4-12. The Summer Reading Program includes:

🔸Crafts
🔸Storytime
🔸Snacks
🔸Games
🔸Shows like Animal Tales, The Wonder Lab, The Magic Comic, and Smokey the Bear!
🔸Reading Prizes
🔸Grand Champion Reading Prize (2 winners: 4-8, 9-12)

We are closing to prepare for the GRAND RE-OPENING of the Shoals Public Library! 🎉

Join us from 9am-1pm on June 6th to celebrate the library and the community that helped it grow! 📚

🚨Heads Up! We will be closed May 30th-June 5th and will reopen on June 6th. We encourage you to stop in beforehand to check out books to hold you over while we are closed! If you need materials renewed during the week, feel free to give us a call- we will still be checking our voicemails!
