A big thank you to Assistant Chief Kris Kaminski From Upper Allen Twp Fire Dept. and Operation Hydration for donating water and Gatorade to help keep our firefighters hydrated this summer.

Yesterday the engine stood by covering for Citizen's Fire Company #1 of Highspire. The crew (W/4) handled 1 call of service for a tree fire extended to the boardwalk. Crews used 3 pressurized water extinguishers and 300’ of 2” hose. Thank you highspire for your hospitality!

A huge thank you Fire & Rescue Products of Harrisburg, LLC on your continued outstanding service to our apparatus. Called for an issue with the onboard air,they showed up and fix the problem quickly. Their prompt response kept us in service and allowed us to continue responding to emergencies.

-Reveal Time!!-

With the acceptance of the Pennsylvania Office of the State Fire Commissioner grant, the department was able to spend some well over due time upgrading our Fire house that was built in 1941. After considering estimates on the job , the department decided to select Anderson Pro Painting . Anderson is a business in Shiremanstown and was honored to have our business and help lift our station to a more modern time. Here’s a look at from beginning to end . Hope you enjoy! A huge thank you to Anderson the members of the department for spending endless time prepping , moving and re organizing the station.

Various of different events from house fire, non injury accident in the Boro, and multiple calls for the traffic unit in different events from East Penn Twp, Silver spring Twp , lower Allen Twp and Hampden Twp.
