Happy Birthday to the U.S. Public Health Service! 🎉

On this date in 1798, President John Adams signed the “Act for the Relief of Sick and Disabled Seamen,” establishing a system of marine hospitals that laid the foundation for what would become the U.S. Public Health Service. COA is very proud to celebrate the distinguished history of service and impact of the USPHS.
