Nancy Grayson PTO NG PTO is a nonprofit group comprised of families, teachers, and staff dedicated to our students.

NG PTO is a nonprofit group comprised of parents, teachers, and staff dedicated to improving the educational experience of all students at NG Elementary School. Our goals are to encourage interaction between family and school, serve as a source of support, and work with teachers, staff, and the community at large to improve our children’s educational experience. The PTO works closely with the school administration to meet this goal.

Today, Nancy Grayson Elementary was treated to an assembly of safari exploration with hands on fun and creatures with Jungle John! This assembly brought snakes and legless lizards, alligators and so much more front and center to our students!

All assembly costs during the school year are cover by the PTO. Our PTO board members work hand in hand with Mrs. Avery and various teachers to find and book these exciting visits for all students.
Our very own board secretary Nichole brought this assembly to our students. Can you believe outside of the first grade Zoo America visit, this is the first animal visit our entire school has experienced in several years?!? Let us know if your student enjoyed it and we can have Jungle John back again!
As always, thank you for the continued and generous support of our yearly fundraisers as they guarantee Grayson Greatness for our students!

Kona Ice Day is the best day ever!!, or so we are told. Today, The Nancy Grayson PTO was once again able to host our annual visit from Kona Ice shaved ice! We were able to provide a free Kona Ice with multiple flavors to every student and faculty member at Grayson. That was nearly 600 cups!

This program is offered because of the fundraising support of our PTO programs. Thank you to all that participated in the fun run, Texas Roadhouse gift card fundraiser, Mr. Ed’s fudge sale, and our many restaurant nights. That support goes right back to our students and the Nancy Grayson experience!!!

Grayson Rocks!! The Nancy Grayson PTO was once again honored to host our AMAZING staff for a night out celebrating them at our annual Appreciation dinner. This was our highest turnout yet, and what a fun evening!
We’d like to give a huge thank you to the University Grill and Cheaters Never Prosper trivia for a great evening.
One night hardly seems like enough to celebrate everyone, but we sure hope you’ve felt it!!

At tonight’s final PTO meeting of the 25/26 school year, voting was held for the 26/27 board. We’re excited to announce all board members will be returning for the new school year.
Your 26/27 Nancy Grayson PTO board is as follows:

President: Jud Lehman

We still encourage anyone interested in an event chairperson role(book fair, holiday shop, family fun nights), to make the leap and help to create new and exciting experiences for our students!

Tonight is the final PTO meeting of the 25/26 school year! We’ll be finalizing all of the details for the end of year activities and voting for board members for the 26/27 school year. The PTO and our programs only work with the help of volunteers. Be a part of enhancing your students school life, along with many others!

The meeting happens at 6pm tonight!

Our last PTO meeting of this school year will be this Tuesday at 6pm. Voting for board officers will take place as well as final planning of end of year events.
We still would love to see new faces continuing some of the roles that are established such as:
Book fair chairperson
Family Fun Night Event Chair
Holiday Shop chairperson
Science Night organizer
New ideas and events are welcome if you are able to spearhead them! These programs only work with dedicated volunteers!
