As we celebrate Independence Day, we'd like to remind everyone that fishing at Green-Dickson Park is temporarily closed. The pond has been specially stocked in preparation for the Kids' Fishing Tournament during the Half Moon Holidays celebration.

Please help us make this a fun and successful event for our young anglers by refraining from fishing until after the event is over.

The City of Shiner's online payment system is now working again. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while the issue was resolved.

As a reminder, we offer several convenient ways to pay your utility bill:

✅ FREE Auto Draft – Have your payment automatically drafted from your bank account each month at no charge. Stop by City Hall to sign up.

📞 Pay by Phone – Call 1-866-301-7167 to make a payment. (A 3% convenience fee applies.)

💻 Pay Online – Pay with a credit or debit card through our online payment portal. (A 3% convenience fee applies.)

🏛️ Pay in Person – Visit us during regular business hours at City Hall.

🚗 Drive-Through – Make your payment without leaving your vehicle.

📬 Drop Box – Available 24/7 for your convenience.

We are committed to providing multiple payment options to make paying your utility bill as easy and convenient as possible. Thank you for your understanding and for being a valued City of Shiner utility customer!

📢 Utility Billing Notice

Due to unforeseen technical difficulties, this month's utility bills are being mailed later than usual. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Bills are still due on the 10th of next month. However, to allow customers additional time after receiving their bills, the City will extend a 5-day grace period before any late penalties are applied.

Late penalties will not be assessed until the 17th.

If you have any questions regarding your utility bill, please contact City Hall during normal business hours.
