Today, I had the privilege to attend the groundbreaking of Howe’s new Water Resource Recovery Facility. This new innovative facility will position Howe for the future growth coming to its town from the Silicon Prairie boom. Mayor Karla McDonald, the City Council, Administrator Monte Walker, and the team at BVRT II have worked for over two years to make this project happen. A great day for the City of Howe and the future of Grayson County!

This process will involve smoothing the road, sweeping the road, and apply a sticky prime oil to the base rock road in preparation for a chip rock application on Thursday.
