☀️🎨 SHERMAN REC KIDS SUMMER CLUB IS HERE! 🎨☀️
Looking for something fun for the kids this summer? Join us for our 5-week Kids Summer Club beginning Tuesday, June 23rd!
📅 Tuesdays | June 23 – July 21
⏰ 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
📍 Sherman Recreation Department
Each week will feature a different activity, along with a snack, beverage, games, and plenty of fun!
🌞 June 23 – Summer Bucket List Posters
🎉 June 30 – Nano Tape Squishie Making
👜 July 7 – DIY Canvas Bag Decorating
🛠 July 14 – “We Can Build It!” Creative Building Day
🌈 July 21 – Tie Dye Day & Candy Salad Party
💲 $15 per child for the full 5-week program
💲 $5 drop-in option for individual activities
Children attending summer school may utilize school bus transportation to the Rec once summer school has concluded.
👨👩👧👦 Parents and guardians are always welcome to stay, participate, lend a hand, or simply enjoy the activities alongside their child! We love family involvement and encourage you to join in the fun.
⚠️ Many of our activities require supplies to be purchased in advance, so please register as soon as possible so we can ensure we have enough materials for everyone.
❤️ Please do not let the registration fee deter participation. If the cost presents a hardship for your family, please reach out to the Recreation Director directly. Our goal is to provide opportunities for all children, regardless of financial circumstances, and we are happy to work with families when needed.
