Job Description:
Practical Property Group LLC is looking for a reliable General Laborer with mowing experience to join our team. This position includes lawn maintenance, general outdoor labor, and assisting with property upkeep. We’re looking for someone who works hard, shows up on time, and takes pride in quality work.

Responsibilities:

Operate zero-turn and walk-behind mowers
String trimming, edging, and blowing
General labor and property maintenance tasks
Assist with landscaping, cleanup, and seasonal work
Drive company vehicles to job sites
Follow safety procedures and team direction

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license (required) 🚗
Experience with commercial mowing equipment 🌱
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors 💪
Reliable transportation to shop
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and with a crew

Preferred (not required):

Landscaping or construction experience
Trailer backing experience
Snow removal experience (seasonal) ❄️

Pay:

Competitive pay based on experience
Opportunity for overtime
Room for growth

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (some Saturdays as needed)
Full-time hours available

Spray Technician Position

Practical Property Group has provided exceptional service to central Indiana for the past 15 years, both residential and commercial. Since we provide the highest standard of quality, we have built trusting long-term relationships with our clients and employees while we're looking to grow. Our number one goal is customer and employee satisfaction and we look forward to the opportunity to have YOU join our team!



This year, we are expanding our business and are in need of an additional spray technician. The spray technician's primary role is to apply both granular and liquid fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides. Prior experience is not required but strongly preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain an applicator certification with the Office of the Indiana State Chemist within 90 days or hire.
