Monday and Tuesday Night Grant County Rescue and MEMS hosted a 2 night Boot Camp Class. Monday night consisted of Medical Assessments and Tuesday was Trauma Night. The turnout in attendance was awesome across the county.
Fire Departments and Rescue members got to learn techniques and sharpen their skills on treating and assessing patients along with Stop the Bleed, Splinting, and many other skills..

Today Grant County Search and Rescue(SAR), along with Grant County Rescue, Prattsville Fire Department, Tull Fire Dept, Saline County OEM, Shaw Fire Dept, Turtle Creek Fire and others performed a search along and near the Saline River for a missing person. Mobilization takes time but once deployment started the missing person was found very quickly. The person was found to be safe and in fairly good condition
