It's our goal to open a line of communication with students and parents surrounding the day to day operations of the BCPS Transportation Dept. We'll give bus info such as route and driver changes, delays, traffic info, school and community related information, etc. Any information pertinent to BCPS SCHOOL BUSES, our students… our community.

Welcome to DAY 1 of the 2026–2027 BCPS school year.
Our team is excited to get back out on the road and meet those kiddos.
Safety is our priority. Delays on day one are always expected. The new weapons detection systems at the high schools may cause us to run a little behind for the middle school routes this morning. Please be patient with us as we manage all of the NEW. New drivers in new areas. New buses. New students. New stops. New loading and unloading procedures at the schools. It's a NEW day.
Bus outages will be sent to the families of that bus through email and text.
