You taught me so many things about life. You taught me how to fish, how to hunt, and how to appreciate the simple things that so many people overlook. You showed me the value of hard work, perseverance, and gratitude for the little things in life.

Some of my favorite memories are the ones we spent outdoors together, learning, laughing, and making memories that have stayed with me through the years.

Thank you for your love, your guidance, and for always being there. I am proud to be your daughter and grateful for everything you have done for me.

This is exactly why transparency and accountability in local government matter.

When elected officials are in positions where their decisions could directly impact their own business interests, whether through development, permitting, real estate, or construction, the public has every right to ask questions.

I am not saying those individuals should not serve. What I am saying is that the people deserve confidence that decisions are being made for the good of the community, not for personal gain.

Housing affordability affects families, our seniors, and young people trying to put down roots here. When government decisions add high costs, delays, or intense barriers, those impacts are felt by everyday citizens.

That is why transparency matters. That is why accountability matters. And that is why local government should always be focused on serving the people.

Government regulations now add roughly $132,000 to the cost of a typical newly built home, according to a new study from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), as industry leaders warn that mounting costs are worsening the nation's housing affordability challenges.

Good morning, Mason County ☀️

One thing I have learned over the years is that life is not always easy. Every one of us has faced challenges, setbacks, heartbreak, disappointments, or times when things did not go according to plan.

Those moments are not what define us. What we do next is what defines us. We learn, we grow, we get back up, and we keep moving forward. In many ways, those experiences help shape us into the best version of ourselves.

Some of the most caring, hardworking, and resilient people I know have been through some pretty tough times. Those experiences gave them compassion and perspective and also a deeper understanding of others.

That is one of the things I love about Mason County. We are a community of real people who work hard, help our neighbors, and keep showing up for one another.

As this campaign continues, I hope we can focus on what truly matters: Serving the people of this county to the very best of our ability.

I hope you enjoy the sunshine this weekend and spend it making memories with the people you love.

I am going to spend it making more horse memories with my daughter.

Well… it appears my campaign signs are becoming a rare sight around Mason County.

Out of the 40 signs we have put up, only 4 are still standing.

Oh well… this campaign has never really been about signs for me. It has been about stepping up, offering voters a choice, and giving back to the community I love so much.

What has surprised me most is the incredible support and kind encouragement I have received along the way. The conversations and people cheering me on have reminded me just how special Mason County truly is. There are so many good people here who care deeply about this community and its future, and I feel incredibly grateful to be on this journey with you.

So, if you still have one of my signs proudly standing in your yard, thank you. And if yours happened to wander off and you would like another one, please let me know. Apparently, they are more popular than we realized 😆🤣

No matter how many signs are left, my enthusiasm for this campaign has only grown. I am grateful for the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, share my vision, and earn your trust and support.

Forty signs may have turned into four, but my optimism is still at 100%.

My daughter and I had a great time in Shelton with Travis Couture and Dan Griffey today. As a mother I appreciate being part of a community that cares about our children’s future. Thank you, Mason County Republican Women for putting such a great event together … the ice cream was delicious too 🍦🍦☀️😊
