Our first day of Jet Set Summer Adventures at Wright Elementary was a big success! Mrs. Nett, our librarian, read a great story titled Nobody Hugs a Cactus, and we talked about emotions and friendship before making a neat craft. Next, we wouldn't let the rain spoil our fun so we headed into the gym for games and activities with friends. Everyone chose a free book to take home and we shared a snack. We had a lot of fun! I already can't wait for next Monday! Hope you'll join us at 10am on Mondays on the playground.
The Jet Family Food Pantry is also open during this time each week. We love our Wright families!

✈️ Welcome to the Jet Family, Assistant Principal Emily Harper!💚

We are excited to welcome Emily Harper as the new Assistant Principal at Wright Elementary! Mrs. Harper comes to us with strong experience as an Academic Instructional Coach, where she supported teachers, strengthened classroom instruction, and helped schools grow. Her background in literacy and math coaching and student support systems will be a great asset to our Jet community.

Outside of school, Mrs. Harper is all about family. She and her husband, Chris, have six wonderful children. Most of her free time is spent cheering them on at baseball, basketball, and soccer games. She also loves being outdoors, planting flowers, hiking, relaxing by the pool, or making memories at the beach. When she gets a quiet moment, she enjoys a good book and a cup of coffee.

✈️ We are thrilled to have Mrs. Harper join the Wright Elementary family!💚
