Joshua Blanton Sr. Veteran, father, friend. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Costa Rica. You've earned it.

Logan Forsythe. You were the friend I didn't know I needed. Brought about through struggle, adversity, and common cause. You have been that extra reason for continuing on this journey, when I didn't feel like traveling yet again, on a long and lonely drive to some secluded part of Kentucky. Because you were there to share frustrations and accomplishments with over and over again. I am eternally grateful to know you. Brittany Forsythe

Dale Romans. You are welcome at my farm anytime. One of these days I will make it up to visit you, and listen to more of your horse stories. It has been a pleasure to know you.

Pamela Stevenson Colonel Pam. You are an inspiration, one that I will share with my daughter for years to come. Thank you for your service to this country and state. We all owe you a debt of gratitude.

Amy McGrath. You are a formidable opponent. Watching you, sharing the stage with you, you have made me better at what I have done and hope to do. What an incredible support system you have developed. What a task you hoped to accomplish, and almost succeeded in.

Charles Booker Congratulations my friend. You brought forth a tremendous accomplishment. From the hood to the holler, people showed up for you and you deserve their support. You have been tasked with the fight of your life. Kentucky rests in your hands. My wife's tragedy, the fate of my daughter's autonomy and care, countless other Kentuckians with similar stories and troubles. We are your responsibility now, not one to be taken lightly. Whenever and wherever you need me, I am at your service. I will answer the call. You have to win, and I will do whatever is within my power to hopefully bring that about. Congratulations on winning the battle yesterday. The war begins today.

There are 6,954 people across this state that I want to thank personally. Many of you I know, as you are family, old friends, and new friends met along this journey. Sending me pictures you took of your ballots, with a box next to my name completely filled in. Proving to me that the miles I drove, the hours behind the wheel, the time not spent with my daughter, the tragic story of my wife repeated across 90 counties, all were time well spent. But to those that I never met or spoke with directly, my gratitude is equally inexpressible. You showed up for me without prompting.

Y'all believed in my purpose, my reasons for wanting change. I'm proud of what I did, regardless of the outcome. I knew that I was a longshot from the outset. My goal was never to win, although that would have been nice. My goal was to make sure my wife was not just a statistic in the annals of history. And I have succeeded.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for showing up for her. Thank you for showing up for our daughter. Thank you for showing up for me.

❤️🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🤎🖤🩶🤍

🇺🇸 Georgia’s Data Centers: The Hidden Environmental Cost of the Digital Age

A massive data center facility in Georgia has drawn attention after reportedly consuming tens of millions of gallons of water while local residents were urged to conserve usage — raising serious questions about the environmental footprint of digital infrastructure.

💧 The Cooling Behind the Cloud Modern data centers are the backbone of cloud computing, AI, streaming, and internet services. But behind the digital convenience lies a physical reality — servers generate immense heat, requiring large‑scale cooling systems that often depend on water evaporation technology to maintain safe operating temperatures.

⚙️ The Growing Resource Demand As AI and cloud computing expand globally, the demand for water and electricity is skyrocketing. Experts warn that without innovation in cooling efficiency, the next wave of AI‑driven growth could dramatically increase resource consumption worldwide.

🌍 Transparency and Oversight The Georgia case has intensified debates about utility oversight, resource allocation, and infrastructure transparency. Communities are asking whether they truly understand the environmental cost of the technology powering their daily lives.

🔬 Innovation for Sustainability Researchers and engineers are exploring closed‑loop cooling systems, air‑based alternatives, and recycled water solutions to reduce environmental strain. These advancements could help balance technological progress with ecological responsibility.

✨ A Reality Check for the Digital Economy This situation highlights how the digital world depends not only on software and data — but also on massive physical infrastructure consuming real‑world resources. Sustainable innovation is essential to ensure that technological growth doesn’t come at the planet’s expense.
