During February IDT HHC had a Change of Command Ceremony. CPT Delk served as the Commander for HHC the last 2 years and has provided excellent leadership during those years. At the end Saturday CPT Delk returned the Guidon to COL Oden who then entrusted it to CPT Stevenson. During her speech CPT Delk had this to say about the unit and to CPT Stevenson:

“When I assumed command, I knew the mission would be challenging, but I also knew I was stepping into a unit filled with talent, dedication, and heart. Over the past 2 years, I've witnessed extraordinary professionalism - from the smallest acts of initiative to the most demanding operations. You've shown me that leadership is not about the position you hold, but about the trust and relationships you build, and the example you set.

To our staff and senior leaders - thank you for your guidance and trust. Your mentorship allowed me to grow as a leader and as a person. When times got tough, you all got tougher. I'm so proud of every single one of you. I am proud of every soldier in this Company.

To my family - your patience, love, and sacrifices made it possible for me to serve with focus and commitment. I could not have done this without you.

To CPT Stevenson - you are inheriting an exceptional team. I have no doubt you will lead them to even greater achievements. HHC is a different beast. They will challenge you, inspire you, and make you proud every single day. You are in excellent hands.

As I step aside, I do so with confidence in the future of this unit and with deep gratitude for the privilege of having served as your commander. Thank you for your trust, your hard work, and your unwavering dedication to the mission.”

Thank you CPT Delk we wish you good luck in your future endeavors!
