We had a great day today! We are thankful for everyone who brought out their pups and bought plants. A special thank you to Mrs. Weise, SCHS NHS, our members, and the groomers who donated their time to help.

Due to the forecast of rain and potential high wind gust we have cancelled the petting zoo and dog accessory yardsale Saturday 4-25-26. GROOMING and the PLANT SALE are still happening as well has the homemade pie sale . Please stop by for some plants and support the CTE and FFA students .

This morning, some of our members woke up early to help with Duck River Clean-Up Day.

They learned about the importance of the Duck River to our community while putting in the work—collecting two mattresses, a bed frame, multiple tires, and over 20 bags of trash.

We are proud of them for doing their part to keep Bedford County clean!

Did you know the Duck River is the most biodiverse river in North America and is home to many fish and mussel species on the endangered list? 🏞️

Congratulations to Addison Stoffan for being selected for Tennessee Governors School for Agricultural Sciences hosted at University of TN at Martin! 🌟

The Tennessee Governor's School for Agricultural Sciences is a prestigious summer program for rising high school juniors and seniors interested in agriculture, natural resources, and related sciences. Students live on a university campus for about three weeks, engaging in hands-on learning, research projects, leadership activities, and exposure to careers in agriculture and agribusiness. 🐄🌱🐥
