Norris' deep roots allow him to recognize the needs of our city & prepare for the future. As a community organizer he has directed several programs for our youth, serves on the Human Rights Commission, a

nd participated in several other projects to better our town. Norris has displayed time and time again, his love for Shelbyville & Shelby County.
