Tina and I got a chance to get away to the Broad River Greenway. We are fortunate in Boiling Springs to have such a beautiful place. Albert and Ollie loved exploring tge trails. Here’s just a few pictures of the Greenway. It’s a wonderful part of our Town. Thank you Broad River Greenway Board and Ranger Lance Rollins for providing a great place to explore.

Tell me you are a retired law enforcement officer without telling me. I’ll go first. My truck a 1989 Mazda B2200 pickup, 5 speed, no air and 167000 actual miles.

I bought the truck in 1995 from Francis Bros Used Cars in Boiling Springs. I wanted someone I could trust and better yet, to support a local small business.

I think I did alright. I might not have made a lot of money being in law enforcement and public service but the money isn’t everything. Serving the community had its rewards that are far greater than money.

This year, 2025, I struggled with filing for re-election. The decision was hard not because I don’t want to serve, but because being in politics is often brutal. It takes a toll on a person and their family over the years.
However, I am committed to finishing a lot of hard work on Town infrastructure improvements, traffic and roadway improvements, business recruitment and providing the highest level of services while keeping taxes manageable.
My family and I would appreciate your prayers and support for my re-election.
