Had a great time at the KSEN AM 1150 Farm & Ranch Golf Tournament today. The Chamber took the Saddle Game to the tournament for the golfers to participate with
Lots of laughs and smiles during the game.
Congratulations to those who made the ball into the bucket.

*Please review the information below on which dates each garage sale participant will be set up out of the 3 day event. There are no guidelines on actual times during each day the participant will be set up, that is up to the individual. Times & Dates will be specified on each listing.
**Garage Sale Raffle. Incentive to shop at these sales! Each Registered Garage Sale received raffle tickets to hand out to people coming to shop at their Garage Sale. First 4 people who purchase items at each sale, each day, will receive a free raffle ticket to be entered into drawing. 3 winners will be drawn at the end of June. $50.00 in Shelby Chamber Bucks for each winner. These raffle tickets must be returned back to the Chamber before June 22, 2026 to be entered into the drawings. Inquire to the Chamber or the garage sale host for more information.

Printed maps will be offered at the Chamber office (100 Montana Ave) starting 8:00 am on Friday morning. If no one is around, maps will be left at the front door in a plastic container. Maps will also be provided at the Kiwanis' Shelby KITE Festival on Saturday located at 36 City Shop Road from 10 am to 3 pm. Maps will also be available at Taylors Farms Store (714 W. Roosevelt Hwy) during their normal business hours.

The Chamber has an exciting game to bring to the KSEN AM 1150 Farm & Ranch Golf Tournament this Friday. Very fitting for the Farm & Ranch Tournament. For the golfers at the tournament, when you arrive to our selected area on the golf course, Climb into the saddle, grab whatever golf club you want to use. While sitting in the saddle, take aim, swing, hit this blue rubber ball shown in the picture and try to make it into a 5 gallon bucket.
First 20 people to make it into the bucket, will win a $5.00 gift card to Town Pump. Thank you to Jayleen Nelson for this fun creative idea and letting the Chamber borrow the saddle, Thank You Shaine Rich with R4R Construction for making the saddle stand for the chamber to use, and Thank You to Town Pump for your generous donation to be used in this community event of gift cards to be used as prizes during this game. Stay tuned after the tournament with pictures of this activity in action.

Thank You Conrad Area Chamber of Commerce for the invitation to include Shelby within your Whoop-Up Days Parade in Conrad this weekend. It's great that as neighboring communities we can help & work together on various projects.
We helped with the judging aspects of the Parade. Thank you to fellow Shelby Chamber Board member, Tim Moylan owner of Shelby Paint and Hardware, for assisting me in the task of Judging during this community event. We had a lot of fun doing this!
Even with the rain showers moving through the area the parade was a great success with tons of participation along with tons of people watching. Here's the Blue Ribbon winners for their respected divisions in the parade and some random pictures.

Shelby City Wide Garage Sale Event Next Week.

If you would like to register your garage sale please Contact the Chamber to do so. $20.00 registration fee that includes your listing on the maps, signage, ribbon & balloons.

For the Garage Sale Shoppers, look for these signs at each registered location.

List of registered locations will be provided on the Chamber Web site at this link:

The list will be available to view starting at 8:00 am on Friday June 12.
The online map via the web site works best as you will be able to zoom in and out on the map itself.

To enter into the drawing, each registered garage sale participant has been given some raffle tickets for the drawing. The first few people who purchase items at these garage sales each day will be offered these raffle tickets to be entered into the drawing. You could win $50.00 in Chamber Bucks by shopping at the registered locations. Drawings will be conducted starting June 22.

It's that time of year. Main Street Flowers planted today. They start out small but will grow fast to beautify Shelby this summer.
Thank You Tom & Lorette Carter along with Colton Lampert from the City of Shelby, Montana with the big assist in helping with planting all of them today. We have a good system working together to make the job go pretty fast.
If there is anyone willing to help water these flowers at all during the summer with any amount of help would be greatly appreciated! Contact me if you would be interested to help.
Also put up the seasonal decor on the corner property over the weekend with the Red, White, and Blue Stars. As in the past, Thank You to the Marias Museum for allowing the Chamber to decorate the corner and my parents for allowing Shelby to enjoy their decorations.
