It’s been a great week for CCS!

We’re proud to celebrate another strong showing for Cleveland County Schools. Out of 115 school districts across North Carolina, CCS ranks 25th in grade-level proficiency and 10th in ESL progress!

These results are a reflection of the hard work happening every day in our classrooms and the dedication of our students, teachers, staff, and families. There’s a lot to be proud of, and we’re excited to keep building on this momentum!

We are incredibly proud to announce that Springmore Elementary exceeded expected growth on our 2025–2026 EOGs! We were #1 in Cleveland County Schools for growth! ❤️🖤

This achievement reflects the hard work, dedication, and perseverance of our amazing students and staff. We are so proud of our students for giving their best and of our teachers and staff for the encouragement, commitment, and care they provide each day.

CECHS is excited to be a part of the amazing work happening across Cleveland County Schools! This year, our school achieved record-high student achievement and growth. We have now exceeded expected growth for three consecutive years and continue to be an A school, earning our highest state performance grade in school history with a 93.

Thank you to the amazing students, staff, and families who make Cleveland Early College High School and Cleveland County Schools a wonderful place to learn and grow!

This is the first time that Casar or any other traditional school in Cleveland County has ever received an A!!

These accomplishments are a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our students, teachers, staff, families, and community. Every day, our Comets show up, work hard, support one another, and strive for excellence—and it is paying off! 🌟
