What's it like to be a mentor in a site-based match? It's as easy as 1-2-3!

1. After you're matched with a Little through our intentional matching process, you arrange for a regular day of the week that you will see your Little during their school day.

2. Each week, spend 30-40 minutes playing games, talking and hanging out with your assigned student. You get to do whatever you and your Little like ... enjoy time outside, shoot hoops in the gym, play a card or board game, read a book together...

3. Talk regularly with a BBBS mentor specialist about how it's going and get support on any challenges you may be having.
