🔥 A Historic Year for Latino Representation in Oklahoma 🎉

2026 has already been a historic year for Latino leadership in Oklahoma.

This week, Representative Annie Menz won her primary election, while Future Representative Sam Wargin Grimaldo was elected to represent House District 92, expanding the Oklahoma Legislative Latino Caucus. Together with Senator Michael Brooks-Jiménez and Representative Arturo Alonso-Sandoval, who secured their seats this election cycle, the Caucus continues to grow and strengthen its voice at the State Capitol.

In addition, Roberto Seda advanced to a runoff election in House District 91, another sign of the growing civic engagement and leadership of Oklahoma’s Latino community.

Congratulations to all of the candidates, volunteers, donors, and voters who continue to make this historic year possible. As we look ahead to November, we encourage everyone to support the candidates of their choice by volunteering, donating, and making their voices heard.

2026 ya ha sido un año histórico para el liderazgo latino en Oklahoma.

Esta semana, la Representante Annie Menz obtuvo la victoria en su elección primaria, mientras que el Futuro Representante Sam Wargin Grimaldo fue elegido para representar al Distrito 92, ampliando el Caucus Legislativo Latino de Oklahoma. Junto con el Senador Michael Brooks-Jiménez y el Representante Arturo Alonso-Sandoval, quienes aseguraron sus escaños este ciclo electoral, el Caucus continúa creciendo y fortaleciendo su voz en el Capitolio Estatal.
