20th Medical Group, at Shaw Air Force Base, is transitioning to MHS GENESIS on 24 September, 2022.

We had a HELL of a turnout today (Les than 250) this showing had droves of Airman care about their promotees and supported them, from Colonel down to Airman (E-2 to be exact) who care about us being promoted. This is a plug for every supervisor and their Airman who played a part in the individuals who got promoted! Congrats, well deserved and don’t forget your charge as a TSgt, yes you are “still” an NCO but you are the expertise, wisdom and guidance that every Airman below you needs. That is not a light task to take on. As Chief Fetherston said “ this is the hardest rank to make, and now it is going to get harder” you made the impossible possible. Lead from the front and cast your wings wide for the Airman under you, they look for you for support, Wisdom and Guidance. Col Smith echoed these words to re emphasize the importance of your position. This is not insignificant task, yet a daunting one. You ARE the expertise, you are the SME, you are the one who can figure it out. This was earned, not given and we are all proud of you. Lead your airman, train your airman and guide your airman.
