We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team. For this role you must have computer experience, office practice knowledge, and the willingness to learn and implement HUD regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Determine eligibility for programs.
• Communicate with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide information.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with federal regulations.

Requirements:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
• Work with various agencies and clientele.
• Review and perform residential inspections.

The Housing Authority of the City of Shamokin is accepting applications for the Harold E. Thomas High-rise. Applicants must be 55 years of age, or older, or disabled.

You can submit your application at 1 E. Independence Street, Shamokin, on Tuesday's or Thursday's from 1:00 pm unit 3:00 pm and Wednesday's from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.

Applications can be picked up Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 3:30 pm.
