Today Junior Firefighter Ansley Matheson graduated the Connecticut Fire Academy “Intro into the fire service”. He was also awarded with the “Honor Cadet Award”. Ansley is one of two of our Junior cadets to win that award from our program. Congratulations!

Last night we congratulated Captain Trey Burgess on his graduation from the Junior Corp program. Trey has been instrumental on helping the program grow and holding a high standard in the skills the junior members use while on incidents. The Juniors took part in the "Wing Off" competition for EMS Week, hosted by Seymour Ambulance, and while we didn't claim the top spot, we had an excellent time.
