The Seymour Middle School Athletic Department would like to remind all student-athletes and families to schedule your athletic physical and get them completed before the start of the next school year. Athletic physicals are only valid for one school year, so a new physical is required each year in order to participate in athletics.

Please use the updated IHSAA Physical Form linked below when scheduling your appointment. Don’t wait until the last minute — get your physical completed early and be ready for the 2026-2027 school year!

What a wonderful way to celebrate our incredible 8th graders at the Seymour Middle School Luau! 🌴☀️
As they prepare to soar into bigger opportunities at Seymour High School, we want them to know how proud we are of each and every one of them. These students have grown in so many ways — academically, socially, and personally — and we cannot wait to see all they accomplish in the years ahead.
Middle school may be ending, but their journey is just beginning. Keep chasing your dreams, supporting one another, and soaring to new heights. 💜🤍

Yesterday was a special day at SMS as we celebrated our students during Honor Day! We are so proud of all of their hard work, dedication, and accomplishments throughout the school year.
Students were recognized for club and co-curricular participation, academic honors, leadership, and many other achievements. It was wonderful to celebrate the talents, growth, and successes of so many Owls!
