Hello , I am looking for a ride to Anchorage on or about Nov. 25-27, 2024. I have my Subaru in the A-A Subaru shopon Old Seward Hwy. KUDOS to them doing a quick fix. I will pay for gas for the one way trip.

My first son Spencer was born there and died after alive for only one day. It is a sad story … and he should have lived a full life. Seward Hospital was not equipped and did not have updated facilities for birthing children. My daughter was born there and barely lived back in the 70’s. My son did not. Seward has updated and the old hospital was torn down.. Seward Providence now has new facilities but most women are sent to Anchorage to give birth . This is the part of Seward history nobody likes to talk about . Truth and facts.🥰 Coming straight from my heart. 💖

Here is the final Chapter of Moose Broth 101. The video of the moose broth after I have skimmed off all the fat is what it should look like. Then you have a nice broth or I should say stock because it has meat pieces in it. I am going for the last boil, than jar it up and cook it in the canner for 90 minutes. And there you have your Moose Stock for soups, gravies and sauces. Lettuce be thankful! 🥰💖🙏🏽

Well, let’s talk about our Red Salmon catch from the Kenai. Yesterday brined today in the smoker… tomorrow ready for tasting. Mmmmmm good!
