Join us for some fun in the sun water aerobics classes down at Seward Dowding Pool! We offer traditional water exercise classes in the mornings and evenings. All are welcome to join! Your first class is free if you want to give us a try.

We are hoping to expand our evening classes through the week, but need to see more interest from the community!
