One of our absolute favorite traditions at SHS is the annual SILVER Salute Breakfast! This special event gives every single staff member the opportunity to select one student who truly exemplifies our SILVER attributes and brings joy to our hallways each and every day.

We were thrilled to invite families to join us for breakfast this week to recognize and celebrate these phenomenal students. Shining a light on the amazing things happening at SHS gives us great joy. Our student body truly stands out for its high character and high integrity!

This year the resounding them was being king, working hard, and simply smiling and exuding positivity.

Congratulations to all of the students who were recognized! Thank you for making a difference and helping us build a lasting legacy here at SHS.

Today was the seniors' last day of school, and it is truly bittersweet. Playing even a small part in each student's journey is an honor. The Senior Class of 2026 has left its mark and helped build our legacy here at SHS, and we thank you for that!

We are excited to celebrate throughout next week with multiple culminating events, and are looking forward to the big day at Blue Arena on Sunday, 5/24 at 2 PM.

Our Band and Orchestra put on a phenomenal show last Thursday night, and the Modern Band kept the energy high with a live set after school on Friday! It was the perfect way to kick off the weekend.

The music isn’t over yet, but we are down to our final bow! You have one last opportunity to experience the talent of our performing arts department (outside of graduation).
