WA Cares Fund benefits are available statewide starting July 1, 2026. Not sure if you qualify? Here is a short checklist to see if you meet the requirements for WA Cares.

-Contributed to the fund for at least 3 years
-Need help with 3 or more daily activities
-Expect to need support for at least 90 days
-Current Washington State resident
