Free memory screenings are coming to Port Townsend. The Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) is a brief screening tool designed to detect mild cognitive impairment and early signs of dementia. Walk-ins are welcome.

Join us for the Pacific County Memory Cafe. Community members living with memory loss and their care partners are invited to enjoy this monthly social gathering in a safe, judgement-free, and welcoming environment.

Benefits include reducing social isolation, building a social network, and enjoying shared refreshments with peers.

Please note: This is not a caregiver respite or support group. Attendees with early-stage dementia, MCI, or other memory loss must be accompanied by a family member or care partner.

Do you have concerns about your cognitive health? The Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) is a brief screening tool designed to detect mild cognitive impairment and early signs of dementia, and it is now available for free.

Screenings can be performed privately in your home or in our office. Walk-in clinics are also available.
