This January we had election of officers here at Southwest. I have stepped down as Chief and Jeff Brock was elected by the members as the new Chief. I have enjoyed being Chief for the past years and hope that i have filled that position to everyone's expectations.
Tony Pflum is the Assistant Chief and i was ask to take the position as Deputy Chief. Terrell Fortenberry will remain Presient of the board.

Responded to a house fire on Oak Dale Church Road today, found a ash tray full of cigarette butts smoldering under the edge of a bed. Luck for the home owner they were only in the smoldering stage not active burn. It did scorch the mattress and the wall a small amount. Moral of the story' Dont smoke in bed and dont use a plastic container to hold your butts.
Thanks to Seminary and West Covington for Backup!
