The West Tennessee Heritage Initiative Consortium Meeting was Saturday, May 9, 2026, at the Latta. McNairy County was represented by the archives, the Historical Society, Arts in McNairy, and Ole Monterey Trails. We extend our appreciation to Lola and her crew at Retro-dawg for our nice luncheon.

It is with sadness we announce the death of Mrs. Marilyn Holmes, Director of the Dyersburg Archives. She was the wife of Venon Holmes. Both Marilyn and Vernon have visited at the McNairy County Archives and have hosted us at their Archives. Marilyn will be missed.
