It’s Happening! 🏡🔑

What an exciting day for the Selma Housing Authority and, most importantly, for our residents! Families are officially relocating into their brand-new apartments and townhomes at Lodges on Lincoln II. Seeing residents sign their paperwork, pack up their belongings, and walk into their new homes makes all the planning and hard work worthwhile.

A special thank you to developers Paula Rhodes and Winton Yerby and the entire Lodges on Lincoln II team for helping bring this development to life.

We also extend our appreciation to our President/CEO, Mr. Kennard Randolph, for his vision, leadership, and continued commitment to creating better housing opportunities and improving the quality of life for the people we serve.

And a huge thank you to Danyell Parker owner of Chanel’s Moving Service for providing our residents with professional, prompt, courteous, and exemplary service throughout this transition. You are helping make moving day a positive experience for our families.

This is more than a move, it’s a new beginning. New homes. New memories. New opportunities. And we are so excited for our residents as they begin this next chapter! 🏡💙
