We can play it cool if we like but the truth is that the house is on fire and we are in it! But we are more than conquerors because we have a God who is with us through the fire and when we move in FAITH The LORD we serve makes miracles happen.

Dear Deputy Senators,

I believe that just as The Lord moved in the Civil Rights Movement partnering with us through our praying hands, marching feet, and song singing voices we need to partner in this election year. Through Gods sovereign will there is an opportunity, in the midst of the backslide of progress in voting rights, to have an additional Congressional District that continues the legacy the Lord began at the Bridge in Selma. It is truly a miracle that God used both democrats and republicans to bring about. And yet the majority of Alabama legislature rebelled against the US Supreme Court refusing to create the district. And even when it was created i believe they only agreed to do so in the way designed most likely to destroy the opportunity Our God created by betting on people who don’t go to the polls to vote. So this is a call to those who understand this critical moment to don your praying hands, singing voices so as to march as many feet to the polls in the district no matter which candidate you are for.

This is great

We are 10 days way from our “This Side of the Bridge" Celebration featuring Le’Andria Johnson! Join us on Saturday, March 23rd. Gates open at 4:00 pm, and the celebration officially begins at 5:00 pm.

This event is free, and lawn chairs are welcome. We'll have food trucks on-site, so come with your appetite! Let's all come together to commemorate this special occasion. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

The 91 year old mother of Deputy Senator Pat Stewart opened the door and saw debris flying by from the Tornado. She stopped and said should I get into the closet or the bathtub. She never made it into either one. She stood praying asking God what to do. As she prayed the roof came off over her head. She had on a bonnet and a hat. The hat flew off with the roof. She was standing just in the right spot where there was just a little roof left, not in the closet nor the bathtub. The hat came off, but the bonnet stayed on and not even one hair on her pretty little 91 year old head was even ruffled.
