Memorial Day Parade - CANCELLED

Due to a high probability of rain on Saturday, the American Legion has made the decision to cancel this year’s Memorial Day parade.

The community is encouraged to take time to honor and remember the fallen veterans who gave their lives in service to our country, as Memorial Day serves as a time of remembrance.

We look forward to seeing everyone at next year's event in Perkasie.

The days are getting longer and warmer, so it must be time to start thinking about outdoor activities. With that in mind, we have the last batch of tickets available for our Sportsman's Bingo.

Groups of 5 or more can request reserved seating.
Please be aware that the only authorised seller of these tickets is the Sellersville Fire Department.

Just a reminder to all who are planning to attend our Sportsman's Bingo this coming Sunday, remember to bring a non-perishable food item, new personal care item, or a new household cleaning item for a donation to Pennridge F*I*S*H. You will receive ONE ticket for a special drawing for EACH item donated.
There may be a few event tickets available at the door if you are still undecided about attending.
Please note: The Sellersville Fire Dept. is the only authorized seller for tickets to this event. We can not guarantee entry for any ticket not purchased directly fro us.

Some important road closure information from Sellersville Borough!

ATTENTION: The County of Bucks has informed the Borough that Bridge #28 located on East Walnut Street (between High Street and Wert Avenue), Sellersville will be closed starting Monday, May 11, 2026, for repairs.

The work that is taking place will be removal of the concrete, repairing the steel and pouring concrete. As per PennDOT requirements, the concrete must cure for up to 28 days. Due to this requirement, the anticipated time for the bridge closure will be approximately 2 months.

We have been assured that residents in this area will still have access to their driveway and that the Lake Lenape Park parking lot will be accessible coming from Wert Avenue.

2026 Memorial Day Parade

The 2026 Sell-Perk Memorial Day parade will be held in Sellersville on May 23rd. The parade will start lining up at 0815 and will kick off at 0900.

Those wishing to participate in the parade are asked to contact Doug Wilhelm at [email protected] no later than May 18th. Please see the attached flyer for more details.

Engine and Special Service Assist Tylersport

Earlier today after being cancelled from a fire alarm in Perkasie, Engine and Special Service 27 responded to assist Montgomery County Station 72 at a brush fire in their portion of Bucks County.

Special Service 27 used its new skid pump to assist with wetting down hot spots, while Engine 27’s crew assisted with overhaul.
