*** ATTENTION: The Borough would like to make clear that the work being done on Lawn Avenue is strictly trench restoration of the temporary patches due to the Lawn Avenue Sewer Project. The contractor, Pact One, will be revisiting the trenches they made and temporarily patched and will be installing semi-permanent patches. Pact One will not be completely milling and overlaying the entirety of Lawn Avenue at this time as Lawn Avenue is a state-owned road. Visit https://www.pa.gov/agencies/penndot/projects-near-you/district-6-projects/lawn-avenue-reconstruction for more information on the Lawn Avenue Restoration Project. Below is the original verbiage that PennDOT released on their website that is a little misleading – only trench restoration is happening at this time.
