Route 15 SB (Coming from Winfield/Lewisburg) - Use Route 147 NB (CSVT Bridge) to Ridge Road Exit to Route 405 SB to Route 11 SB.

Route 147 SB (Coming from I-80/I-180, Milton (SR54,SR642,Industrial Park / Montandon(SR45) Exits) - Use Ridge Road Exit (Prior to CSVT Bridge) to Route 405 SB to Route 11 SB.

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 7 AM to 10 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are most likely during the afternoon into the evening. Mixed precipitation should result in reduced snowfall accumulation for areas to the southeast of I-81 and I-78. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission strongly encourage motorists to heed all travel restrictions and delay unnecessary travel as significant winter weather conditions will make travel very hazardous. 🚨 EMERGENCY ALERT 🚨

UPDATE 9/8/2023 @ 1300: PEMA reports Verizon has restored service to the regional 9-1-1 system.

UPDATE 9/8/2023 @ 0730: A 911 outage remains across a large portion of Pennsylvania. There is no estimated time of restoral. Additional updates will follow.

There is a regional 9-1-1 Outage that is impacting Snyder, Union, Northumberland and surrounding counties. The Central Susquehanna Regional 9-1-1 center has issued a “man your station” order until further notice. If you have have an emergency, report to your local fire department.

For Monroe Township residents, this is the Hummels Wharf Fire-Rescue located at 1869 N Old Trail.
