Skagit County Paramedic Association IAFF L3427 The Skagit County Paramedic Association represents the 37 "boots on the ground" Professional Paramedics and MSO/Paramedics in central Skagit County.

We are the collective labor organization of the 37 men and women that serve as Professional Paramedics and Medical Service Officer/Paramedics in central Skagit County. The members of L3427 take great pride in the high level of service that we provide as Paramedics to the citizens of Mount Vernon, Burlington, Sedro Woolley, La Conner, and the vast unincorporated areas of the county.
