The City of Sedro-Woolley was incorporated on December 19, 1898 as the resulting union of the towns of Sedro and Woolley.

Sedro-Woolley is a friendly City that is characterized by City Government and Citizens working together to achieve a prosperous, vibrant and safe Community.

𝙎𝙎𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝙎𝙏𝘼𝙏𝙀𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏:
To provide services and opportunities which create a Community where people choose to live, work and play. In accordance with our vision and mission, certain guidelines must be followed when using our social media platforms. The following are prohibited:

⚑ Hateful or discriminatory comments regarding race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or political beliefs

⚑ Links or comments containing sexually explicit content material

⚑ Violations of copyright or intellectual property rights
Spam, link baiting or files containing viruses that could damage the operation of other people’s computers or mobile devices

⚑ Attacks on specific groups or any comments meant to harass, threaten or abuse an individual

⚑ Commercial solicitations or promotions

The City of Sedro-Woolley reserves the right to take down photos, comments and any other material that is determined to violate these prohibitions. If someone persists in offensive behavior or continually violates these rules, we may block that person from further participation. So please, just remember to respect others.
