- The Commission approved the amended Change Order #8 from OWN Engineering for the Governor’s Cost Share project.
- The Commission approved residential excavation permit R2026-002 per the recommendation of Road & Bridge Superintendent James Hill.
- Vernon County Presiding Commissioner Joe Wilson visited the Commission.
- The Commission met with Clerk Megan Page to discuss adopting a sunshine policy.
- The Commission met with 911 Communications Director Dannelle Lauder to discuss project updates.
- The Commission held a closed session pursuant to RSMo 610.021 (1) for legal.
- Presiding Commissioner Bill Taylor attended the Chief Elected Officials Consortium Workforce Development board meeting.
- The Commission attended the Clarendon Rd improvement announcement with Governor Mike Kehoe, local leaders, and local members of the Missouri General Assembly.
June 11th:
- The Commission held a closed session pursuant to RSMo 610.021 (3) for personnel.
- The Commission met with Assessor Chris Woolery to discuss commercial assessment policies.
- The Commission met with Pettis County Fire Department to discuss a potential outer road. Present: Chief Mike Harding, Battalion Chief Bill Twenter, Deputy Chief Louis Sholly, Cletus Tagtmeyer, Board Member Joe Kendrick, Board Member Ryan Reed with Pettis County Fire Department; GIS and Grants Director James Theisen; Marisela Ward and Michael Arnett with MoDOT; and Austin Hostettler and Jeremy Wasilewski with Great River Engineering.
- The Commission met with Olivia Ross and Joe Bellamy from Missouri Department of Economic Development. Present: Marisela Ward with MoDOT, Austin Hostettler and Jeremy Wasilewski with Great River Engineering.
- The Commission attended a property owner meeting for a potential outer road hosted by Great River Engineering.
- The Commission met with GIS and Grants Director James Theisen, Marisela Ward with MoDOT, and Austin Hostettler with Great River Engineering to discuss future road planning.
